Policies and warnings

  1. Government-issued ID is required upon check-in.
  2. Complete execution of the Release Form is required before entrance.
  3. Customers are not allowed to leave the premises while checked in. Customers who leave the premises will be considered checked-out and will be re-charged the admission fee upon re-entering.
  4. $_____ admission fee allows 24 consecutive hours access. After 24 hours, Customers will be charged another entrance fee.
  5. Customers staying over 2 am and guests checking in between 2 am – 4 am will be charged $_____ overnight fee. To avoid charges, please check out by 1:59 am.
  6. No outside foods or beverages including alcoholic beverages.
  7. Customers under the age 18 must be accompanied by a same gender guardian.
  8. Use of cell phones, tablets, cameras, or other electronic devices is strictly prohibited in wet areas.
  9. No flip flop allowed inside.
  10. No horseplay of any kind is permitted at Spa Land.
  11. Customers may not loiter in the lobby/front desk area in Spa Land uniform.
  12. Any form of public displays of affection, including but not limited to hugging, kissing, and sitting on laps, is prohibited. Anyone found loitering in Spa Land premises or making other customers feel uncomfortable will be subject to immediate ejection without refund.
  13. No weapons, drugs, drug paraphernalia, or potentially hazardous substances are permitted inside Spa Land premises. Spa Land staff reserves the right to search individual’s belongings upon any reason for suspicion.
  14. Spa Land reserves the right to refuse service.
  15. Any violation of our policies, rules or regulations may result in the removal of both the parent and child(ren) from Spa Land. No refunds will be issued if members/guests are asked to leave the Spa.
  1. Lockers are available for daily use only by customers.
  2. Customers are solely responsible for keeping track of their locker key at all times. There will be $10 fee for any locker key lost or stolen.
  3. Spa Land is not responsible for lost or stolen locker keys.
  4. Do not leave valuables unprotected. Spa Land is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
  5. Use of cellular phones, tablets, cameras, or any other electronic devices is strictly prohibited in the locker room areas as well as bathing areas.
  6. All customers are expected to respect others’ privacy.
  • Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to public display of affection to any degree, and act of violent or illegal nature, will not be tolerated in Spa Land premises.
  • Such behavior will be immediately notified to the Gwinnett Police Department and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law permitted.
  • Individuals found to be engaged in such behavior will be subject to immediate ejection from Spa Land facility.

  3. One person per chair.
  4. If a chair is broken due to misconduct, whether negligent, reckless, or intentional, it will be your responsibility to pay for the cost of repairs.

  3. Limit your usage time to 20 minutes for each time you go in.

  11. No body oils or cream (suntan, baby oil, etc.) are permitted in the wet areas even if wearing a cap.
  12. No hair dyeing or bleaching is permitted at any time anywhere in Spa Land.
  13. For personal hygiene, all customers should shower after using wet areas.
  14. Please do not enter the pools if:
    • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
    • Have diarrheal illness or nausea
    • Skin, eye, ear, or respiratory infections
    • Open lesions or wounds

In the interest of providing a healthy and safe environment for our members/guests, the use of any type of tobacco or nicotine products, including but not limited to smokeless tobacco, e-cigarettes, and nicotine/chewing gum inside the Spa is strictly prohibited.

Except in the event of an emergency, members/guests may only use their mobile/smart phones outside of the wet spa/locker rooms and dry sauna rooms. If you must use your phone, please be considerate of others and refrain from loud or boisterous conversations as this can be very disruptive to the relaxation and enjoyment of the Spa.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Spa property. If anyone is believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs the Spa reserves the right, and the staff is authorized, to deny entry and/or remove that person from the property. Never use Spa facilities while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are taking medication of any kind, or being treated for any illness, consult your physician prior to using our facility.

No outside food and/or drinks are permitted in the Spa. Food and drinks purchased inside the Spa are permitted only in designated areas and never inside the locker rooms or in any wet or dry sauna rooms. The Spa does not allow food to be taken to go.
